The 10 paintings I began almost 18 months ago remain unfinished.
Life and work have repeatedly thwarted my efforts to move them forward. Recently however I have overcome my inactivity and channelled my frustrations into something new... the result are a series of small scale 'card on card' works (15 of which I have posted below). I have found the immediacy of this way of working particularly gratifying and it has allowed me to articulate a body of work that has up until now been foundering on the pages of my sketchbooks.
